Once confirmed, your payment is an unconditional and voluntary payment to the organization. Generally, we do not refund payments we processes. Exceptions can be made if there are extenuating circumstances including but not limited to system processing error or human error (extra "0's, duplicate amounts, etc.). If you experience an error, please contact us immediately. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact a support or sales representative at using the contact information provided on our website.

Consulting Services are non-cancellable and all fees for Consulting Services are non-refundable.

If you terminate this Agreement for cause, we will promptly refund any prepaid but unused fees covering use of the Subscription Service after termination. If we terminate this Agreement for cause, you will promptly pay all unpaid fees due through the end of the Subscription Term. Fees are otherwise non-refundable.

Donations, gifts or payments on this website are to a for-profit organization. Arreva reports all amounts received by this site as taxable income. You may NOT claim a tax deduction on any payments.
